Abstract

ABSTRACT Green microalgae are used in biofuel production. To contribute to the knowledge of the Chlorellaceae family, the de novo assembled draft genome sequences of Auxenochlorella protothecoides Kruger and Chlorella sorokiniana Shihira and Krauss are presented.
