Abstract

Our study aimed to describe the population pharmacokinetics (PK) of vancomycin in critically ill patients receiving extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), including those receiving concomitant renal replacement therapy (RRT). Dosing simulations were used to recommend maximally effective and safe dosing regimens.
