Abstract

ABSTRACT In this report, we present the complete genome sequences of two Bacillus anthracis strains utilized as veterinary vaccines in China. The sequencing was conducted using a hybrid assembly methodology that combined Illumina short reads and PacBio long reads. This approach provides a high-quality representative sequence for the strains mentioned above.
