Abstract

ABSTRACT The complete genome sequence of mycobacterial strain YM-3, isolated from cultured yellowtail in 1986, was determined. The strain was Mycobacterium pseudoshottsii , a closely related subspecies of Mycobacterium marinum , so the strain was isolated earlier than the first report of the subspecies in 2005.
