Abstract

Zoliflodacin is a novel spiropyrimidinetrione antibiotic being developed as single oral dose treatment to address the growing global threat of Neisseria gonorrhoeae . To evaluate the cardiac safety of zoliflodacin, a thorough QT/QTc (TQT) study was performed in healthy subjects.
