Abstract
After the election of Xi Jinping as the General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee (2012), a new stage of transformation began in China, in scale and depth not inferior to the reforms of Deng Xiaoping, in its influence on social development and international significance, probably capable of surpassing them. Since its formation, the CPC has developed in the process of studying from the West, Sinicizing Marxism, adapting it to solving the tasks facing China. At the beginning of the 21st century China has reached a new level of socio-economic development and is one of the first nation in the world to face the challenges of a new era. Its experience of solving new problems is the result of using the civilizational identity that he managed to preserve, and the political power of the Communist Party, the successor of the Marxist tradition.
