Abstract
The paper reports the case of a 13-month-old girl evaluated in the Emergency Room for a history of acute torticollis. There was no history of trauma, fever, or any other additional symptom. The X-ray of the cervical spine was standard and the neck ultrasound showed some little bilateral cervical lymph nodes. Therefore, a MRI was performed. Different diagnostic hypotheses and treatment options are discussed
