Abstract
ABSTRACT
A method is described for the separation and characterisation of 24 steroid oestrogens. The method is based on thin-layer chromatography of the various oestrogens and of their derivatives (such as nitroso-complex, reduction product with potassium borohydride and hydrazone with Girard's reagent T) on Silica Gel G in different solvent systems.
Data are presented on the assessment of the reproducibility of the method.
