Abstract
ABSTRACT
Sellar enlargement associated with various types of pituitary deficiency and occasionally with unusual neurologic signs may be the consequence of chronically increased intracranial pressure. The ninth case of such a syndrome associated with congenital obstruction of the aqueduct of Sylvius is reported. The prognosis for restoration of pituitary function postoperatively is remarkably good.
