Abstract
ABSTRACT
The implementation of a contingency plan in an exercise differs enormously from reality. The paper will discuss what is practiced in an exercise and relate it to an actual incident, detailing the differences between the exercise and the real incident. Problems can arise from where they are least expected and may jeopardize the preparations made beforehand.
