In the discussion below (56) of Ref. 2, there is reference to an elementary k^ integration. While it is indeed elementary it gives an answer with the opposite of the sign quoted. Hence all formulas for electric fields in Sec. 6 of Ref. 2 should be multiplied by minus one.
