Abstract
The primary myeloid sarcoma (MS) is a rare tumor. Otorhinolaryngologists face this disease even more rarely. This clinical case observation describes an unusual case of primary MS disease in a young woman. First, multiple morphological and imunohistochemical examination did not confirm the diagnosis. This case is shown to remind about the possibility of unusual presentation of MS, when doctors face difficulties of differential diagnostics.
