Weeds with diverse life forms in various types of crops.

Abstract

The occurrence of plants with C₄ photosynthesis as arable weeds is illustrated and differences are discussed. Particular attention is devoted to the geographical distribution of rhizomatous C₄ species. The distribution is discussed comparing the occurrence of the C₃ species Elymus repens.
