AbstractDog:human nematode zoonoses are reviewed, including toxocariasis, ancylostomosis, filariasis, Brugia malayi, toxascariasis, capillariasis, dioctophymosis, dracunculiasis, gnathostomiasis, thelaziosis, and strongyloidiasis. Notes are given on transmission, disease in animals, control, disease in man, clinical symptoms, concurrent diseases, diagnosis, and treatment of patients for each parasite group.
