Abstract

This article discusses the various genotyping methods such as Amplified Fragment Length Polymorhism, Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA Analysis, Pulsed Field Gel Electrophoresis, Variable Number Tandem Repeat Analysis, Insertion Sequence Analysis and other typing methods for Mycoplasma species.
