AbstractThis chapter discusses the basics of digestive anatomy and physiology of rabbits and reviews the regulation of feed intake behaviour according to several factors, like age, type of feed, feed composition and presentation form and environmental factors. The last part of the chapter is devoted to the feeding behaviour of wild and domestic rabbits in a situation of free choice.
