Abstract
This chapter focuses on the different biopesticides, including microorganisms (bacteria, fungi, viruses, oomycetes), biochemicals, semiochemicals and plant incorporated protectants (bacteria and viruses), that have insecticidal, fungicidal, herbicidal, nematicidal, attractant and repellent effects against agricultural pests (including mites, insects, pathogens and weeds). It also covers the different strategies for using biological control agents, including augmentation biological control, classical biological control and conservation biological control.
