Analysis of enzymes, principles and problems: developments in enzyme analysis.

Abstract

Issues addressed in this chapter include some discussion of the methods of detection and, in particular, their advantages and disadvantages in the analysis of enzyme activities in feed samples, strategies for ensuring reliable subsampling of feeds in the laboratory, problems with analysis due to interaction with the feed matrix and methods of limiting this effect, along with future trends.
