STRATEGY SERVICE INNOVATION FOR SUSTAINABILITY - A CASE STUDY ON A COMPANY IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY

Abstract

There has been much discussion about how organizations can support innovation and technological capacity in industries. The central theme of this article is presenting innovation strategies for sustainability. A survey was conducted to identify strategic methodologies for innovation that can help generate new services and contribute to sustainability. Based on scientific articles, a case study was performed on a service provider company. The study showcases the evolution of new service generation in sector D after applying the "World café" methodology and innovation stimulation model. The methodologies helped sector D with generating ideas and implementing new projects. Adopting innovation strategies for services is necessary for ensuring competitiveness in the market and adding value to an organization's services, which is crucial for sustainability.
