Abstract
This study aimed to identify and present applications of Taguchi's experimental methods for golf ball production. To achieve this objective, applied research of exploratory and quantitative nature was conducted. A case study was adopted as method and technical procedures. As a contribution of this research, the use of Taguchi's experimental methods in problem solving and as a tool for decision making is pointed out.
