Abstract

- Tres para tres: third economy, third world… a third way? The essay focuses on the economy originated within the community, characterized by solidarity, trust, proximity, which possesses its own specificities, and therefore presents strong aspects and a certain stability. By analyzing a work experience in a region of the north of Columbia, the author shows how the production of goods and services for the local communities becomes a resource for the community. The network formed by public, private and social organizations sharing the same aim of integration on the territory produces a value above all through the social construction of the strategic plan itself, which identifies programmes, responsibilities, subdivision of the resources and time for the interventions.
