Abstract

Abstract Hamaticolax coelorinchi sp. nov. is described based on specimens of the female recovered from the bucco-branchial cavity of Coelorinchus spp. (Pisces, Gadiformes, Macrouridae), captured on the upper continental slope, off the Pacific coast of Mie Prefecture, Japan.
