Abstract
This study was conducted to examine the relationship between the parameters of the MOXO-d-CPT test and the symptoms of internalizing and externalizing in patients with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The study was conducted with 272 children diagnosed with ADHD disorder. The MOXO-d-CPT test, used to support diagnoses, and the Family Information Form, filled out by the parents of the children, were analyzed. According to MOXO parameters, significant relationships were found between the attention parameter of MOXO and anxiety and exam anxiety; the impulsivity parameter and depressive mood, anxious temperament traits, exam anxiety, and timid temperament traits; the hyper-activity parameter and anxiety, exam anxiety, and introversion; and the timing parameter and introversion in children with ADHD. In the study, attention, hyperactivity, timing, and impulsivity parameters of MOXO-d-CPT were found to be significantly associated with internalizing and externalizing problems in children with ADHD.
