The system is focused on the educational component of training and familiarizing cadets with the specifics and ways of forming this professionally important quality using the potential of interactive and research training methods. The article aims at justification, implementation and verification of the effectiveness of the methodological system during an experimental study in which 132 cadets aged 17-22 years took part, including 118 boys and 14 girls.
