Abstract
In this article the method to determine the bearing capacity of composite steel-concrete columns in fire conditions according to Eurocode 4 (EC4) was introduced. Some work examples are presented to clarify the influence of geometric parameters (effective length, axis distance of reinforcement bar) on the bearing capacity of partially encased composite columns in fire condition.
