Abstract

Now, precast reinforced concrete (RC) structures prefabricated in factories haven’t been widely applied especially for industrial buildings. With the limited number of factories producing precast RC components, the application of semi precast concrete at the construction site suitable to each project is a suitable choice and needs to be replicated. The solution of tall semi precast columns in industrial building construction, applied by DELTA Group to a factory project in Ha Tinh is an effective solution in many aspects such as: quality, progress, safety and economy.
