Abstract

This summary of biological data is for white sweet-clover (Melilotus alba Desr.) and yellow sweet-clover (M. officinalis (L.) Lam.) which occur as weeds of roadsides and waste places across the southern half of Canada. M. alba extends into the Canadian Shield region and is found in a greater variety of habitats.
