Abstract
In a 5-year field experiment, surface applications of dolomitic limestone and 20% superphosphate produced significant changes in certain chemical properties of dykeland soil and in herbage yields. Gypsum in the superphosphate was responsible for some of the changes in the soil's chemical properties, and P, but not limestone, was responsible for yield increases.
