3. Ceretween completion of irradiation and development of bral radiation necrosis following treatment of extracerebral radionecrosis. Glass et al3 showed that 80% of the cases of radionecrosis occurred within 36 months of radiotherapy. The latency in our patients ranged from 44 to 105 months with a median of 60 months.
