Abstract

Fire blight in China was first discovered in Yili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture and Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, in 2016. Here, we report the draft genome sequence of Erwinia amylovora strain S618-2-2, which was isolated from Pyrus sinkiangensis in China, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
