Abstract

This chapter discusses the results concerning the Veneto district of a survey administered to UPP officers in the Northeast macro-area, which aimed at understanding how UPP officers have been incorporated within judicial offices. The results indicate that the UPP officers are able to effectively provide the connection between judicial activities and registry offices’ activities envisaged in the intentions of the legislation. However, numerous respondents report performing too many tasks pertaining to the registry offices or experiencing difficulties in meeting both the needs of judges and those of the courts’ clerks.
