Abstract
This paper discusses the challenges and strategies of cross-cultural engineering team management in the context of globalization, demonstrates the problems of communication barriers, cultural conflicts and trust building through case studies, and proposes solutions such as cross-cultural training, diversity management and technical support to enhance the efficiency of cross-cultural team collaboration and project success.
