Abstract

Immunotherapy has been of extraordinary significance in cancer treatment. There are many cancer vaccines, and viral vaccines are one type of cancer vaccine. Viral vaccines provide an encouraging solution for the treatment of solid tumors, which cannot be achieved by traditional therapies. Cancer therapy and prevention rely on the availability of virus vaccinations. Existing cancer vaccines have had remarkable success in treatment and prevention. This article summarizes several feasible cancer vaccines and their clinical applications, and analyzes the current limitations and future development of viral vaccines.
