Abstract
Training&development is the top priority of human resource management in enterprises. It enables enterprises to occupy a strong advantage in market competition potential. Through summing up many years of work experience, the author puts forward to attach importance to the training evaluation mechanism, and discusses the training effect evaluation mechanism.
