Abstract
With the development of society, communication is crucial in people's work, study, and life. The communication process involves trust, cooperation, and differences between civilizations. How to improve the level of communication to promote people's happiness is a problem that many researchers focus on. This article mainly discusses how to build everyone's trust. How to explain the communication logic behind it from the perspective of social civilization. How to use collaboration at work and the importance of collaboration. This article finds that people can build trust through learning to keep secrets, keeping promises, learning to forgive and move on, learning to identify who is trustworthy, etc. With the source of cooperation that trust gave, it built civilizations that went on for a long time, and that continue to do so. Life could be in danger if they were to come face to face but by exchanging products fairly, they were able to establish a relationship and better understanding with one another. Some of the ideas in this article can help people find their satisfaction better.
