Abstract
In this study, some engineering characteristics (physical properties, colour characteristics, coefficients of static friction and mechanical behaviours) of the shelled and kernel of Çakıldak and Foşa hazelnut cultivars cultivated in Türkiye were investigated for harvest and post harvest applications.
