According to the findings, teachers’ organizational trust, and their perceptions regarding ethical leadership behaviors of school principals were found to be at a high level. As a result of the correlation analysis, it was found that there was a moderately positive and statistically significant relationship between ethical leadership and organizational trust. On the other hand, it was determined that ethical leadership significantly predicted teachers’ organizational trust.
