Abstract

Abstract In this paper, we shall investigate the existence and uniqueness of a fixed point of α-ψ-contractive mappings in the context of uniform spaces. We shall also prove some common fixed point theorems by introducing the notion of α-admissible pairs. We shall construct some examples to support our novel results. MSC:46T99, 47H10, 54H25.
