Abstract
Entrepreneurship contributes to the development and the sustainability of the development of the city when entrepreneurship is carried out with stakeholders of all ages and from all fields. In the study, it is aimed to explain the contribution of a learning city focusing on entrepreneurship according to the UNESCO Global Network of Learning Cities with suggestions. Swansea, which Included in the UNESCO Global Network of Learning Cities and has implemented successful practices as a learning city focused on entrepreneurship. Swansea describes itself as “a learning city focused on entrepreneurship”. Eskişehir and Konya, the first cities accepted to this network from Turkey. Suggestions for possible applications were created and presented for cities that who want to join this network and take a step towards becoming a learning city focused on entrepreneurship.
