Results: This report depicts a pathologically proven case of KD in a 44-year-old man with gradually increased swelling in his left parotid region for the past year, which was painless, and pruritus. Conclusion: This report depicts a pathologically proven case of KD in a 44-year-old man with gradually increased swelling in his left parotid region for the past year, which was painless, and pruritus.
