Abstract

This article presents an integrative laboratory class on vascular physiology bridging to vascular medicine. The four experiments rely on oscillometry and venous occlusion plethysmography. We describe in detail this new class regarding structure, experimental setup, and experimental procedure, and we give insight into the applied materials. Moreover, we present the experimental data of 74 students and a quantitative evaluation of the students’ learning success and acceptance.
