Abstract

Human RNA fragments transported in extracellular vesicles interfere with Pseudomonas aeruginosa drug efflux pumps. A combination of rRNA fragments and ciprofloxacin packaged in nanoparticles or EVs may benefit patients with antibiotic-resistant P. aeruginosa infections.
