Abstract

This study highlights the cell-specific complexity of nuclear factor kappa B signaling in the developing lung by demonstrating that inducible loss of IKKβ in endothelial cells impairs alveolarization, disrupts EC angiogenic function, and broadly represses genes important for vascular development.
