Abstract

These changes indicate that 1) the misalignment of hemodynamic forces (HDFs) precedes a mild reduction in systolic function in twin pregnancy and 2) the positive left ventricular (LV) response to hemodynamic stress is mainly due to an improved diastolic function with enhanced LV cavity compliance.
