Abstract

The key finding of this study is that BVR increases during AMI and surges before ventricular arrhythmia onset. This suggests that monitoring BVR may be useful for monitoring the risk of VF during and after AMI in the coronary care unit settings. Beyond this, monitoring BVR may have value in cardiac implantable devices or wearables.
