Abstract

Abstract This paper is devoted to the prosumer energy market. Particular attention was paid to legislative changes regarding the normative definition of a prosumer. According to the author, it is the definitional scope that sets the directions for the development of the prosumer energy market, and ultimately the entire renewable energy market.
