Abstract

AbstractThe effects of copper ferrocyanide and light on the dehydrogenation rate of NADH by methylene blue is studied. The results suggest that the dehydrogenation rate of NADH with methylene blue is enhanced by copper ferrocyanide. Light also affects the reaction rate.
