Exploring the Strategy of Informatization Cultivation of English Translation Talents in Civil Aviation Industry under the Perspective of Ecological Translation Studies

Abstract

Abstract From the perspective of ecological translation, the “three-dimensional conversion” method of civil aviation terminology is proposed to help improve the accuracy of civil aviation English terminology translation. The strategy of cultivating civil aviation English translation talents is provided by three means: enhancing the awareness of ecological translation aesthetics, multicultural literacy, and innovative cultivation modes. Based on the QFD method under the TRIZ theory, the quality evaluation model of civil aviation English translation talent cultivation is constructed, and the degree of talent cultivation demand is calculated. Construct an information technology training platform for English translation talents in the civil aviation industry, focusing on four aspects: system function, innovation theory learning, innovation theory application, and innovation achievement evaluation. The effects of the civil aviation English translation talent cultivation model and quality evaluation are analyzed separately. According to the findings, the innovative civil aviation English translation talent cultivation model achieves scores of 0.68, 0.77, 0.46, 0.7, and 0.41, and is more effective than the traditional talent cultivation model. In the quality evaluation of civil aviation English translation talent training, all 19 indexes scored above 5 points, indicating that the quality of talent training is better and can deliver a number of high-quality English translation talents to the civil aviation industry.
