Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) have gradually emerged as a benchmark in the national, European and global economy and have undeniably assumed a crucial role as key actors in the spectrum of corporate and organizational ecosystem. The prosperity of the SMEs sector is an integral part of a country's economic success. The ability of SMEs to successfully navigate the complexity of the current business landscape is mainly grounded in three interconnected pillars forming a comprehensive framework for their development and growth, respectively competitiveness, resilience and sustainability.
