Abstract
The article gives author’s assessment of the retail trade development trends. It is shown that in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the importance of digitalization of retail trade’s technological processes and formation of partnership programs has increased, and the attention of large businesses to the formation of omnichannel systems is growing. The authors have also formulated perspective directions of research in the field of retail trade.
